Meena is a very popular actress in the south Indian film industry. Meena’s engagement took place in Chennai was held very secretly. Meena will wed Vidyasagar, a Bangalore based engineer. Meena’s wedding pictures will be published right after the wedding that is scheduled to be on July 12th in Tirupathi.

Meena has paired with Vijayakanth in Tamil movie Mariyadai which also stars Malayalam actress Meera Jasmine. Meena may not sign up for glamor roles anymore and will not be showing her cleavage or navel to her hardcore fans. Meena has acted in about 175 films in various south Indian languages. She has acted opposite all the major stars including Rajnikanth, Kamalhassan, Ajithkumar, Vijay, Prabhu, Karthik, Vijayakanth, Sathyaraj, Prabhu Deva. Her latest film, Mariyaadhai, in which she stars opposite Vijayakanth, released just before her announcement about Actress Meena wedding came out.
